Mirror Ministries

Program: Sex Trafficking Prevention through Education and Awareness

Mirror Ministries’ mission is to respond to domestic minor sex trafficking with the love of Christ through local education, intervention, restoration, and aftercare. Our vision is to see local victims of sex trafficking become survivors who have hope, healing, and restoration.

Reaching out to our local schools and youth organizations to bring essential trafficking education and awareness to students, parents, and staff. Since the age of first exploitation is often in pre-school or elementary years, they start with the Not a Product curriculum that uses simple “Tricky People” conversations around Disney movie clips for very young children—exposing and reducing familial violence and exploitation. They then use Little Red for middle school and older kids to have a little more in-depth conversations about the tricks exploiters may use.
