Women Helping Women Fund Tri-Cities

Our Mission:

To empower women and children to create healthy families and a vibrant community. Throughout Benton and Franklin counties, WHWF-TC will:
 
• raise awareness of the unmet needs of women and children
• raise money that supports community programs that make a positive difference for women and children, and
• foster the growth of women philanthropists

Our Vision:

The life of each woman and child in our community is changed positively by women helping women.

We are excited to announce that our speaker will be Kathy LeMay, founder, President and CEO of Raising Change, who will help us discover our philanthropic potential with her presentation "Creating a Generosity Plan for Life -- 7 Steps to Making the World a Better Place." Ms. LeMay, who began her global activism by helping women survivors in war-torn Yugoslavia, has raised millions of dollars in the fields of women's human rights, hunger and poverty relief, and movement-building, by fostering collaboration between donors and non-profits to inspire social change. She has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows, including the Oprah Winfrey Show, and in January of this year released her first book, The Generosity Plan.
